Orders & Shipping

NH4 is manufactured and dispatched from the Netherlands. We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Qatar
  • Oman
  • Lebanon

If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll let you know whether we can ship to you.

Orders are processed on business days, usually within 1–2 business days of being placed. International shipments are collected on business days only.

Estimated delivery after dispatch (business days):

  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman: 5–10 business days
  • Lebanon: approx. 5 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods can affect timing.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

If tracking doesn't update right away, allow some time — it can take a little while for the carrier to scan and refresh the information.

Because orders ship internationally from the Netherlands, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority, are not included in the price at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Because NH4 is an ingestible health supplement, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, taste, or results. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that's different — see below, and we'll make it right.

We're sorry if that happens — and we'll sort it out.

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging as received. Please don't discard the affected product until we've reviewed your claim.

We'll arrange a replacement or another resolution.

Subscriptions

A subscription sends you NH4 automatically on a recurring schedule so you never run out, often at a better price than a one-time order.

You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us before your next billing date.

Cancelling stops future orders but doesn't refund a shipment that's already been processed, so reach out before your renewal date.

Order Changes

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

We'll do our best to update or cancel before your order is packed and dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes — but we'll guide you through the next steps.

Delivery Issues

First, check around your delivery area, with neighbours, building reception, or your local carrier — parcels are sometimes left in a safe spot or held for collection.

If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
